Module content | Technology is important for an organisation’s competiveness and productivity. Technology management is therefore an important function within any organisation, whether it is as a core resource of technology-based companies or as a support resource in service organisations. Technology is present over the whole lifecycle of projects and operations with technology management activities such as identification, selection, acquisition, learning, exploitation and protection. The module therefore addresses themes such as technology dynamics; technology identification; technology audits; technology selection; technology road-mapping; technology acquisition; technology adoption; technology management in the operational lifecycle. |
